This  will  provide  you with  the complete set of instructions required to set-up the three fonts required for language support. Once installed the fonts  will allow you to read sections of this homepage in Assyrian, using three Truetype Fonts; East Assyrian (Syriac), West Assyrian (Syriac)  and Estrangelo (Aramaic).
 

	A. Installation for Windows 3.1X 1. Hold the shift key down and click on the blue highlighted names of the following fonts with your left mouse button. Estrangelo (V1.0) (Aramaic) Assyria's Letters (V1.3) (East Syriac) 2. Download the following fonts to a known directory on your PC (Try c:\temp) 3. Open the ‘Main’ Menu.  4. Open the 'Control Panel' icon, from the Main menu.  5. Open the 'Fonts' icon.  6. Select 'Add..' button.  7. Specify the path by changing the drive to your known directory (c:\temp).  8. Then select and highlight both fonts and click the 'O.K' button.  9. The Assyria's Letters Font and Estrangelo Font should now come up in the list of installed fonts.  Language support, has now been successfully installed if an error has occurred then go back and repeat part A.		B. Installation for Windows 95/98/NT 1. Hold the shift key down and click on the blue highlighted names of the following fonts with your left mouse button. Estrangelo (V1.0) (Aramaic) Assyria's Letters (V1.3) (East Syriac) Assyria's Letters (West) (West Syriac) 2. Download the following fonts to a known directory on your PC (Try c:\temp) 3. Open the ‘My Computer’ Icon found on your desktop.  4. Open the 'Control Panel' icon, found in the My Computer Box.  5. Open the 'Fonts' icon.  6. Open the File menu and select 'Instal New Font...'.  7. Specify the path by changing the drive to your known directory (c:\temp).  8. Then select and highlight both Fonts and click the 'O.K' button.  9. The three fonts should now come up in the list of installed fonts.  Language support, has now been successfully installed if an error has occurred then go back and repeat part B.
