Select from the following
installation notes to be able to view
the
Aramaic [Syriac] alphabet and text,
for example:

Font Instructions |
- Download
and save the Estrangelo font by clicking on
this font link

- OR -
Right-clicking on this font
link,
then choose "Save
Target As..."
- Save the Estrangelo font
file (ESTRANG2.TTF) in the "Local Disk (C)" directory.

- Once the font file is saved to your computer,
click on "Start" and then "Control Panel".
- In the Control Panel, click on
the "Appearance and Themes" option.
NOTE: For users who have previously chosen the "Switch
to Classic View" preference,
then you need to find and select the "Fonts" option and then go
to step #6.

- In the Appearance and Themes,
click on the "Fonts"
tab.

- Click on "File", and
then the "Install New Font..." option.

- Find the location used in step
#2 above of the
Estrangelo font file (ESTRANG2.TTF) by double-clicking on the "C:\"
folder. The Estrangelo (V1.1)(TrueType) font file will
appear as shown below. Select the font, make sure the "Copy fonts to the Fonts
folder" is checked, and then click "OK" to complete the font
installation.

Congratulations!
Your computer is now ready to display the Aramaic text of the
Aramaic Lexicon & Concordance.

- Download
the Estrangelo font by clicking on the hyperlink.
Select a folder to save the font file on your computer.
- Open the Fonts folder. Select and drag the font suitcases onto the
icon of your closed System Folder.
- When it asks whether you want the fonts placed in the Fonts folder,
click “OK”.
Restart your browser software to complete the font installation.
Congratulations!
Your computer is now ready to display the Aramaic text of the
Aramaic Lexicon & Concordance.

Thank

require a fairly comprehensive grammar book designed for a
college classroom environment. As a starting point,
