This is the first documentary film of the Assyrians in Armenia, their history and their heritage from ancient times to the present.  The film was produced by Lina Yakubova.

“Assyrians in Armenia” was filmed in Armenia and narrated in English. The film shows valuable archival documents and photographs from yesterday and today.  The photographs in this film were shot in Armenia, Iraq and Iran.  Last year, the film was shown twice on the Armenian State Television.

This professional 60 minute color film was sponsored and distributed in the U.S.A. by the Assyrian Academic Society.
