Profile of Paul Joseph - An Assyrian Sculpture

Paul Joseph
Sculptor • Painter

In his recent experimentation with sculpture and painting, it became clear that his ideas always grow out of actions of working.  Clearly this is how he thinks, and works, the basis of reconciliation, the idea and the form is his first objective.  He works from the form to the idea, creating and recreating form idea, image and light.  As a sculptor, he looks at form with an explorer's eye, and his objective whether the search for geometric or universal forms in action that is life.

This piece of sculpture is composed of two parts:  The jar with background includes a water pump and lights (7 x 5 x 3 feet).  The base and basin covered with bronze-colored mirror and framed with plastic walls of 7 inches in the height (8 x 5 feet).  This piece of sculpture can suit any building or home.  Distinct and itself decorative.
