Josep
Harron
Painter
An Assyrian (Australian)
artist, born in Baghdad Iraq, the second youngest among 5 sisters and 4
brothers. Since early childhood, the talents of art started to grow up
with me, the walls of my neighborhood were filled with my chalk drawings.
In high school, my art
abilities started to be more recognized among my other schoolmates, I
scored the highest marks in art subjects.
In 1984, I wanted to be
more professional and fulfill my dreams of becoming an artist, so I
applied for the College of Fine Arts, and after passing the 3 required
sets of tests, I was accepted.
I graduated in 1990 from
the University of Baghdad/College of Fine Arts; received a Bachelor Degree
in Arts (Painting/Drawing).
