ARCHBISHOP'S ASSYRIAN MISSION
ARCHBISHOP?S ASSYRIAN MISSION.? The students
of the General Theological Seminary, New. York, have
sent to the Archbishop of Canterbury, through the Very
Rev. Dean Hoffmann and Mr. William Stanley Barrows,
the sum of £300, of which £160 is for the relief of the
sufferers by famine in Kurdistan, £40 for the support of
eight village schools for one year, and £100 for printing
the ancient liturgical literature. The interest taken by the
college in the Assyrian Mission is largely due to Mr.
Neesan a student from Chaldæa.
