• Shimsha Project - is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to revitalizing Assyrian villages in Northern Iraq through sustainable solar power and off-grid energy solutions. Operating under the motto "Power, Retain, and Grow," the initiative improves living conditions to encourage indigenous families to remain in their homeland rather than migrate. The project installs air conditioning and energy systems in vital community hubs such as daycares, schools, and churches to provide immediate relief and dignity. It collaborates with trusted local organizations, such as the Shlama Foundation, to execute its projects effectively.

The activities mainly consist of cultural activities such as folk dance, theater, music and singing as well as educational activities such as lectures, exhibitions, study groups and courses. The association is divided into four branches of activity – children and family, women, youth, and culture section.
  Assyriska föreningen i Södertälje är en högst vital 50-åring. Genom åren har föreningen varit en viktig mötesplats för såväl nyanlända assyrier, främst från konflikt- och krigsdrabbade områden i Mellanöstern, som för mer etablerade assyrier som bott i Sverige i många år. Föreningen grundades 1971 som den första assyriska föreningen i Europa och i Sverige. Idag har föreningen vuxit och bedriver en bred kultur- och socialverksamhet för alla åldrar. Verksamheten som består främst av kulturaktiviteter som folkdans, teater, musik och sång samt bildningsverksamhet som föreläsningar, utställningar, studiecirklar och kurser. Föreningen är indelad i fyra verksamhetsgrenar – barn och familjesektion, kvinnosektion, ungdomssektion och kultursektion.
