Committee Vote on Armenian Genocide Resolution to be Webcast Live Visit <https://www.house.gov/international_relations> The House International Relations Committee has announced that its consideration of the Armenian Genocide resolution will be webcast live on its website: <https://www.house.gov/international_relations> The Committee is scheduled to debate and vote on the Armenian Genocide Resolution at 10:00 am (Eastern Time) on Thursday, September 28th. This cybercast will also be archived at the Committee's website for later viewing. Background The Armenian Genocide Resolution was adopted, on September 21st, by voice vote in the Subcommittee on International Operations and Human Rights. Under the leadership of Chairman Chris Smith, the Subcommittee had previously held a four and a half hour hearing on the resolution on September 14th. The Armenian Genocide Resolution is actively supported by the H.Res.398 Committee, which includes the following organizations:
