Nicosia, Mar 15 (CNA) -- Cyprus House President Spyros Kyprianou, who is in Armenia on an official visit at the invitation of his Armenian counterpart, and Armenian President R. Kocharyan today expressed the wish to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between Cyprus and Armenia and the respective Parliaments. Kocharyan suggested the establishment of a joint governmental committee aiming at promoting various issues of common interest, a proposal that Kyprianou will convey to President Glafcos Clerides as well as an invitation to President Clerides for an official visit to Armenia.
