It’s been 2600
years since we got on the road leading out of Assyria
and times have not been easy since. There is not much
land on the face of the earth on which Assyrians have not
walked. Throughout our travels we have adapted to many new
cultures and at times we have forgotten our true identity. This symbol
represents us in many ways, but it is primarily trying to capture us as
contemporary Assyrian youth in this Western society stretching out, grasping
for an identity, while our true identity lies deep within ourselves.
A Generation Ahead.
