Harvard University lecture:
The Mesopotamian Soul of Western Culture

To launch its lecture programs for the current academic year, the Assyrian program at Harvard University has invited Prof. Simo Parpola, Helsinki University, to present an illustrated lecture titled: "The Mesopotamian Soul of Western Culture: The continuity of Assyrian ideology and religion into the Christian era."
The program is cosponsored by the Mishael and Lillie Naby Assyrian Lecture Fund, The Department of Art History and the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations.
The Chai Kada reception is hosted by the Beth Nahrain Assyrian Organization and cosponsored by The Assyrian National Associaiton of Connecticut and the Assyrian Ladies Auxiliary Organization of Connecticut.
